Chasm: The Rift, developed in Ukraine in 1997, was a thrilling and groundbreaking first-person shooter of the time, and the first classic shooter game in Eastern Europe.
You hear something and turn quickly. A mutant monster suddenly lunges towards you. With a gunshot, the monster falls heavily in front of you. You think the atmosphere is getting a little weird, and when you realize the fear is your own, you get goosebumps... What the hell is that?
You shoot and shoot and fight more alien beasts, creatures you used to know, but now they're this ugly. Suddenly, all the puzzles were answered. It turns out that a time warp has appeared in the Earth's atmosphere, transforming normal life forms into today's flood beasts. As a Special Ranger, you must fend off and destroy the alien beasts, while destroying the time tunnel, wiping out these deadly mutants once and for all, and bringing Earth back to life.
